Requests must be received within 10 days of receipt of your product. Due to the nature of our product it is difficult to provide a refund since documents can be copied and/or scanned. We do want all of our clients to be happy, so please reach-out to us if you are dissatisfied and we will do our best to correct it. We are unable to offer any refund or credit on any fees you have paid to the government (example: filing fees, taxes or other fees associated with any third party). We cannot make any guarantees based on third-party involvement of failure for you to accurately complete the funding process.
We take great care and consideration in providing your estate plan. Our guarantee is based on your satisfaction of the services and products we provide - not if you have changed your mind or your situation.
