Our Revocable Living Trust packages include everything you need for a comprehensive estate plan, from your trust to your powers of attorney. We’ve got you covered every step of the way. And should you need assistance with deeds, updates, or amendments, we’re here to help with that as well.
TRUST PACKAGE:
REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST PACKAGE - $695.00 Includes revocable living trust and associated documents, funding instructions, pour-over will, durable (financial) power of attorney, medical power of attorney, living will and final planning documents. Documents are delivered to you in a leather binder with divider tabs, checklist instructions and sign/notarize/witness tabs throughout the documents to make the signing/notarizing process as smooth as possible. AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES:
RESTATED AMENDMENT PACKAGE FOR PREVIOUS CLIENT - $400.00 This package is for clients who need to update or make changes to an existing estate plan that was prepared by Easy Legal Planning. If your documents were created prior to 2020 this amendment will also include the new SECURE Act language. Please email us at [email protected] for this service.
RESTATED AMENDMENT PACKAGE FOR NEW CLIENTS - $695.00 This package is for clients who need to update or make changes to an existing estate plan that was prepared by someone other than Easy Legal Planning. Please email us at [email protected] for this service.
SIMPLE AMENDMENT PACKAGE - $200.00 For existing Easy Legal Planning clients only for simple updates. (Example: Changing a name, changing a beneficiary etc.). ELP must have prepared their current documents to be eligible. Please note: If your documents were prepared before 2020 and you would like to include the SECURE Act language, you will need to do the Restated Amendment. SECURE ACT UPDATE - $200.00 A simple amendment to update your documents to include the new SECURE Act language in reference to retirement accounts. This allows a beneficiary named in the trust to pull-out money from a retirement account using the required minimum distributions. (It allows them to stretch it out longer). DEED PREPARATION:
DEED TRANSFER TO REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST OR BUSINESS - $250 To transfer property into your Trust or business you must record a deed at the county recorder's office where the property is located. We will prepare the deed and any other necessary documentation. Please email us at [email protected] for this service.
Please note that we no longer offer deed preparation services in New York State or Cook County, Illinois. If you live there, you’ll understand why. We are sorry. Please contact a local title company to assist you.
BUSINESS PLANNING:
LLC PREPARATION PACKAGE - $350.00 Includes state specific Articles of Organization, Operating Agreement and EIN number. Price does not include state filing fees. Please email us at [email protected] for this service.

REPRINTED DOCUMENTS:
DIGITAL UPDATE OF DOCUMENTS WITH NEW YEAR FOR SIGNING - $50 Forgot to sign your documents and a whole year has passed? We will update your documents with the current year. We will email a copy of the documents to you and you can print the replacement pages yourself. (We apologize that there is a fee associated with this. Unfortunately, it takes time to update all of your documents to a new year.) Please email us at [email protected] for this service.
PRINTED UPDATE OF DOCUMENTS - $150 We will update your documents to a new signing year and then print and ship the documents to you. (We apologize that there is a fee associated with this.
